Sarah leads engineering and platform architecture at AcmePay. Before AcmePay she spent eight years in payments and core banking.

Currently

• Leading the migration of our backend from Flask to Python 3.11 / FastAPI with async SQLAlchemy.
• Moving all services onto Kubernetes in AWS eu-west-1; production namespace is acmepay-prod.
• Standardising on PostgreSQL 15 and an OpenAPI-first workflow for every service.
